Look Beautiful on Your Wedding Day – 6 month Countdown

As you’ve probably heard, beauty really does start from within so you need to take care of body so your skin can look after itself . This means eating plenty of fruit and veg and drinking a decent amount of water, not just the odd glass here and there. If you’ve still got time why not try and use this time to get rid of any unhealthy habits instead of taking them with you in to your new blissful married life.

Maybe you don’t have enough time before your wedding to get a lose the weight and develop these sexy toned arms or the ironing board flat stomach but don’t let that put you off exercising, it’s great for the skin so you’ll have a nice healthy glow. Exercising doesn’t have to involve a gym or even an aerobics class, it doesn’t have to cost anything and there’s really no need to go out and buy more clothes (unless you want too!). It can be free and convenient, go for a brisk walk on your lunch break and stomp your way to inner calm. Actually go walking with your partner, you’ll find that you’ll talk more then you would if you were at home. Long walks are great for producing those memorable conversations.

Walking is only going to help you tone up the lower half of your body so what about your abs and arms? For £5 you can get yourself a gym ball. There are a variety of exercises that can be done on these and they are very good at giving result quickly if used regularly. Grab your exercise ball while you’re watching your favourite tv programmes.

Because you want to look and feel as great as you possibly can on your wedding day use your dress fittings as opportunities to assess how your beauty and fitness efforts have been going. Don’t stop exercising or looking after your skin, there’s still time to improve your body and your skin.
